How the Magnetic Lock Works

The trigger point sits toward the right edge of the panel, 2 inches below the top edge. Holding the magnetic key at that spot releases the internal latch, letting the panel swing open from its left-side hinge. To close it back up, swing the panel shut until it sits flush, and the latch catches on its own.
